You share your raw footage via Google Drive or Dropbox and send the link to us directly in your Slack channel along with your brief. No new tools, no upload portals, no logins — just the file sharing you already use every day.

On the Starter plan, first drafts are delivered within 48 to 72 hours of submission. On the Studio plan, turnaround is 24 to 72 hours depending on complexity. When your editor starts work on your project, you receive a confirmed delivery time so you know exactly when to expect your draft — not a vague window but a specific time in your timezone.

It means you can submit as many video requests as you want each month with no per-video charge. Your dedicated editor works 8 hours a day and realistically delivers 2 to 3 finished videos per business day depending on complexity. Projects are queued and delivered one at a time in order of submission. If your volume consistently exceeds that output, we will discuss adding a second editor under a custom Agency plan.

If your confirmed delivery timestamp is missed for any reason, a credit is automatically applied to your account. You do not need to ask for it or argue your case. It just happens. This is not common — our on-time rate is 98% — but we back our promise with something real when it does not happen.

Our editors work Monday through Saturday. Projects submitted on Friday are typically picked up the same day or Saturday morning. Projects submitted on Sunday are queued for Monday. We will always communicate expected start times clearly so you can plan your content calendar accordingly.

On Starter you get 2 revision rounds per video. On Studio revisions are unlimited. A revision round means you watch the draft, leave all your feedback notes at once, and your editor addresses everything in one pass. That counts as one round. Caption corrections are always free and never count as a revision round regardless of your plan.

Changing the overall creative direction — tone, structure, pacing from scratch — goes beyond a standard revision. We will discuss it with you in your Slack channel and let you know whether it falls within your current project scope or needs to be treated as a new submission. No extra charges happen without your approval first.

Caption corrections are always free on every plan and never count as a revision round. We also ask you to provide a vocabulary list during onboarding — brand names, technical terms, unusual words — so our editors caption your content accurately from the very first draft. The more we know upfront, the fewer corrections you will ever need.

Every draft goes through an internal quality check before it ever reaches you. Your editor completes a self-review checklist, a second reviewer watches the full draft against your brief, and an export check verifies the file. Only after all three pass does the draft get sent to you in Slack. This is why your first draft approval rate is consistently high.

All plans require a minimum 30 day commitment from your start date. After that, you can cancel with 7 days written notice before your next billing cycle. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees beyond the minimum period. The 30 day minimum exists because it takes at least one full month for your editor to learn your brand properly and deliver consistent results — and we want to give the relationship a fair chance to work.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Studio at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrading is also possible and takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you are not sure which plan is right for your current output, start with Starter and upgrade when you need more capacity.
